Commitment Call
The first step is to connect with one of our Doctors to collect a medical history, assess your needs & goals and to confirm your BioHormones commitment.
Bloodwork
Before your full consultation, you will receive a requisition for blood work assessing your hormones. The results will be evaluated before your consult and will guide your BioHormones prescription.
Blood work is part of your initial fee, however **some exceptions may apply.
Hormones Prescribed
After your consultation, your prescription will be sent to a compounding pharmacy from which you will purchase the hormones and they will be shipped to you.
The compounding pharmacy is preselected for highest quality, correct compounding standards and lowest pricing.
Start Healing
You will receive a 3-month prescription. A couple weeks into your program, you'll speak again with one of our doctors to assess your progress and answer any questions you may have.
We will always be available to answer questions & may also recommend other supplements, dietary programs or other lab tests that may be of interest.
A follow-up with the prescribing practitioner occurs after 3 months to assess your progress, adjust dosing & refill your prescription.
The Fees
The Initial Fee is $595 and includes:
- Assessment & Referral Fee with one of our Doctors
- Most Hormonal Blood Work *some exceptions apply
- First Consultation with the Prescribing Practitioner
- Follow-up call 2 weeks into your prescription
Subsequent Fees are $350 and include:
- Follow-up Consults after 3 months
- Most Hormonal Blood Work *some exceptions apply
